  • The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in cases of medical emergencies, urgent surgeries, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Patients will be notified promptly.
  • Patients are expected to arrive punctually. Late arrival may result in appointment rescheduling based on clinic availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling through the app or by contacting clinic support in advance according to clinic booking policies.
  • Repeated unnotified absences may affect future booking priority.

4. Medical Disclaimer

  • All informational articles, videos, and tips published on this app are for general educational purposes only and do not constitute a substitute for direct in-person medical evaluation and diagnosis.
  • Treatment plans, diagnosis, and surgical recommendations are determined exclusively following clinical examination by Dr. Helmy Soliman.
